Ylvis is made up of brothers BĂĽrd and Vegard YlvisĂĽker. Besides being talented musicians and pretty good dancers, the brothers have worked as comedians and talk-show hosts in their home country of Norway for many years. Their music video âThe Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)â appeared on YouTube on September 3, 2013. Within a few months, it had become a global phenomenon, with more than 200 million views. Now, the brothers have taken their fun lyrics and have paired them with Svein Nyhusâs playful illustrations for a whole new take on the foxâs unique way of speaking.
