Since she was a child, Amy has always pestered anyone that'll listen with questions and random facts. After studying neuroscience at university, she joined Usborne to spread the joys of learning through books. When she's not reading or doodling, she enjoys playing video games and adventuring in new worlds.

Kristie Pickersgill was born and raised in Yorkshire, where she developed a love of animals, nature and the great outdoors. After studying Chemistry at the University of York, she worked as a school lab technician before making the leap into educational publishing.
